I happen to love fresh, homemade, from scratch waffles. And so I love my waffle iron. :) I like to do waffles on batch cooking days and freeze some of them to have yummy homemade waffles anytime. Heart N Soul Cooking has a great giveaway right now for a waffle maker. Check it out:
